The People Behind the Project
Ask whether everything at eu-rainbet.org runs on automation these days, and you will get a smile in return. Behind every line of code, every tournament and every promotion stands a person with a name, an opinion and a share of responsibility. A platform is only ever as human as the team building it:
- Adrian Frei – Technical Director: platform architecture and the security of your data sit on his desk
- Nadine Schmid – Customer Relations Manager: answers player messages herself and trains each new member of the support team
- Tobias Wenger – Analyst and Responsible Gaming Specialist: the playtime reminder system is his work
- Claudia Roth – Partnership and Social Programs Coordinator: runs the annual Play with Purpose initiative
- Sabine Hofer – Head of Quality Control: no feature goes live before she has tried to break it
This is no faceless corporation with an org chart where a soul should be. These are real people who believe entertainment can be clever, fair and worth someone’s evening. Different backgrounds, one shared standard: the player comes first.
Our Mission and Values
Being just another gaming platform never interested us in the slightest. The mission is to hand gaming its human side back: explain rather than lure, show the odds instead of burying them, compete on quality rather than volume. Noise is cheap, and we would rather be right than loud.
Technology here is a tool, never the point of it all. It exists for protection, transparency and confidence, and for nothing else. Modern algorithms on the platform watch more than winnings, they watch wellbeing, helping players keep gaming and real life in balance.
The Client Comes First
From day one at eu-rainbet.org we picked a different road: listening instead of imposing. Where most platforms see rows of numbers in a dashboard, we see individuals, each with a story, an experience and expectations of their own. Everything we build starts in that space between us.
Trust cannot be bought with advertising, it can only be earned, and slowly at that. So we talk openly about our mistakes, test new ideas together with users, and read criticism as a route to improvement rather than a threat. Hiding behind a logo is not our style, standing next to our players is.
Social Responsibility and Charity
Business and society are not separate rooms for us. Since 2023 we have supported the Pro Mente Sana Foundation, which helps people facing mental health challenges and addiction. Alongside that, we work with the Swiss Esports Federation, funding grants and digital wellbeing workshops for young esports talents.
Inside the team the same thinking applies, and it looks like this in practice:
- Quarterly talks on mental health, held for the whole team
- Blood donation drives and volunteering at local shelters
- Every employee picks a social initiative that receives a share of their department’s profits
Responsibility begins with awareness, not restrictions, and players often join our causes, from charity tournaments to local fundraisers. Nobody here claims we are the fastest or the loudest, and perfect we are not either. Honest, though, we are, and if even one person feels heard on this platform, the whole build was worth it.
