What This Policy Covers
Personal data is part of running a gaming platform, and this page sets out how the operator of eu-rainbet.org handles yours. It covers everything from the first visit to the last withdrawal. Registering an account, or simply continuing to browse, counts as acceptance of what is written here.
Processing follows the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. If any part of this policy does not suit you, the honest advice is to stop using the platform.
The Data We Work With
Every category we hold ties back to your account, your payments or our legal duties. In practice the list looks like this:
- Details you provide at registration and in your profile, such as name, date of birth, address, email and phone number
- Deposits, withdrawals and the playing history connected to your account
- Documents requested for KYC and anti-fraud checks, for example an ID copy or proof of address
- Technical records, including IP address, device and browser data and session logs
- Your messages to the support team, whatever channel carries them
Why We Process It
Four legal bases carry all of our processing: the contract with you, the law’s obligations on a gaming operator, our legitimate interest in a safe platform, and your consent where required. Nothing happens outside the list below:
- Opening and running your account, including logins and game sessions
- Moving money in and out through the connected payment services
- Meeting AML and KYC duties towards our regulator
- Spotting fraud and protecting accounts from access by strangers
- Answering your questions and making the platform work better
Marketing Messages
Unless you have said no, your email address and phone number may receive news about promotions, free spins and fresh releases. Playing never depends on receiving them, and silence from us costs you nothing. One tap on the unsubscribe link, or a switch in your account settings, and the mail stops.
Who Sees Your Data
Selling or renting personal data is not part of our business model, at any price. A short circle of parties can still receive it, each for a defined reason:
- Service providers for payments, hosting, game content and analytics, bound by contracts and our instructions
- Regulators, courts and authorities where the law leaves us no choice
- Anyone you have given your own prior consent to
Some providers operate outside your country, so data can cross borders on its way through our systems. When that happens, transfers travel under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Storage and Security
Traffic between you and the platform runs through an encrypted connection, and access to stored data is limited to staff who need it for their work. Payment details travel under the same protection.
Once your account closes, data is kept only for as long as the law obliges a gaming operator to keep it. When a retention period ends, the data goes with it.
Cookies
Small files called cookies keep the site working, hold your preferences and measure visits in aggregate. Passwords and card numbers never live inside them. The banner on your first visit explains the categories in use, browser settings block the optional ones, and only the technical kind is essential.
Your Rights
The GDPR hands you a set of rights over your data, free of charge. A short email invokes any of them, and we answer within the legal deadlines:
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of anything inaccurate, outdated or incomplete
- Deletion, wherever legal retention duties do not stand in the way
- Restriction of processing while an open question is sorted out
- Objection to processing built on our legitimate interest
- Your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Withdrawal of any consent you gave, at any moment, with no reason needed
Before acting on a request we may ask you to confirm your identity, so data never lands with the wrong person. That step protects you, and it rarely takes long.
Contact and Updates
Questions and requests about your data go through the channels listed on our Contact page, and a person reads every message. This policy changes when the platform or the rules change, with the current version applying from publication here. Last updated: 16 September 2026.
